For a limited time only, try TWO WEEKS FREE.  It is only $30 per month thereafter with half of the monthly dues going to the Community Center. 

Tim, a 6th Degree Black Belt, and Mikako, a 2nd Degree Black Belt, are teaching at the Immaculate Conception Community center gym in Lonsdale at 116 Alabama St SE from 5:30 to 7:00 on Monday and Friday evenings. This is a great opportunity for persons of all ages to train for three hours a week with teachers who learned Karate, Kobudo, and Aikido in Japan. 

New students are welcome anytime.  Take advantage of this great resource in our community.
